I highly recommend Mark Brown Electrical. From the very first conversation, Mark was professional, knowledgeable, reliable and genuinely helpful. His calm, patient and reassuring manner immediately put me at ease and made the whole process so straightforward. The workmanship was exceptional, with great attention to detail and obvious pride in doing the job properly. Mark was punctual, respectful of my home and took the time to explain everything clearly. What really stood out was the care he put into the job. Nothing seemed to be a problem, and his calm and friendly approach made what could have been a stressful job completely manageable. It’s refreshing to find a tradesperson who combines such a high level of skill with honesty, reliability and genuine care for his customers. Thank you, Mark, for a fantastic job.

Mark had my NBN connection sorted out last time. This is the second time I used his service. In Sydney's building and construction industry, it's difficult to find an honest and reliable person without being rorted and ripped off. But I have only good things to say about his workmanship. He adhered to standards without cutting corners. He is always punctual, and his pricing is reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I am updating this review 7 years later after Mark moved across the bridge. As fantastic as ever! Should be 100 stars, not 5!! Following is my original review, which has not changed: Mark is a really good, reliable, honest and highly professional electrician. It is such a relief and such a pleasure to have someone that you can absolutely trust to carry out work which is essential to enjoy your own home. He made some great suggestions about LEDs, he explained stuff to me so that I could understand, and he took his shoes off at the entrance to my house - this is how thoughtful and considerate he is. He also has a brilliant sense of humour! I cannot recommend Mark highly enough.

Mark was available at a time and day that suited me to update all my electrics and install LED downlights in my ceilings. He did a superb job within the quoted time frame, left no mess, and invoiced exactly what he quoted. He is 100% trustworthy around my home. Mark will now be in my Contacts as my electrician of choice.

We have been using Mark for over 10 years across two properties. He is great to work with. He can work through tricky situations and come up with solutions. He is quiet and competent and a really nice person to work with. He isn’t pushy and doesn’t exaggerate about work involved, keeps you informed and gives confidence that you are getting a reliable outcome.

Mark Brown is an experienced and professional electrician who recently carried out work for us at an older house in Randwick we just purchased . He installed compliant smoke alarms , removed old wiring installed by a previous owner and upgraded the switchboard to install safety switches. Mark was punctual and efficient and great to deal with .

Mark turned up when he said he would, solved a problem that stumped the previous electrician and had helpful suggestions for things we might consider for the future. And he is approachable. Effective. And on my list for next time.
